If you’re not completely satisfied, our return process is straightforward—just submit a return request and our customer care team will assist you. While we hope each item brings joy to your space, we understand that preferences vary. For returns, items must be in their original, new, and unused condition, with all packaging intact, to be accepted. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

All refill purchases are final once the returned bottles have been refilled. Before sending your empty bottles for a refill, you have the option to cancel your request and receive a full refund.
As a clean beauty brand, we offer free return shipping for empty bottles being sent in for refills. However, we do not accept returns on our products. If an item arrives damaged or broken, please contact our customer care team, and a full refund will be issued upon request.
