Do you offer free shipping?Yes, all domestic orders that meet the order minimum of $100 or more will automatically receive free shipping within the USA. Select auto ship product subscriptions do qualify for free shipping as well.

What is your return policy?All sales are final at the time of purchase. Please note for hygienic purposes all skincare and beauty products can not be resold. To request an order cancellation please email us to request a refund 1 - 2hrs after placing the initial order. Kindly note, after the 2hr time maximum has expired orders can not be canceled as it has already been entered into processing. How do I track my order?To track your order kindly reference your shipping notification email sent at the time of the initial order shipment, which contains your tracking number. Once located, click on the tracking number provided to be re-directed to the carrier website to view package tracking and estimated time of arrival. If your package has been lost or delivered to the wrong address please contact customer service with your inquiry.

How do I request a refill?It's simple & easy to request a refill. Here's how it works: Purchase a refill for each Jade Alycia Beauty product you would like to have refilled here. Fill out and submit your refill request form. Once both your refill request form and refill order have been received. A free shipping label will be emailed to you to send us your empty bottles.
